Rumson Futbol Club & FC Monmouth High School Program

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7-8pm

Rumson Futbol Club is pleased to introduce our 2022 school pre-season programs in partnership with FC Monmouth.

The program is open to players incoming 9th-12th grade wanting to prepare for the upcoming high school season.

The curriculum cover all aspects required to be successful in high school soccer.

Areas covered will include, offense, defense, fitness, tactical and will be instructed in a “high school environment’

Location: Rumson, Forrestdale School

• 7-weekprogram, a possibility of 21 sessions
• The program will start on 7/5-7/7and end on 8/16-8/18
